 About Lupini Construction Inc.
Lupini Construction Inc. is a family owned business that was started in 1980 and became incorporated in 1983. From humble beginnings performing small side jobs, Max and Betty Lupini, the founders, raised their business into a reputable and respected contractor handling multi-million dollar masonry restoration projects.
Lupini Construction Inc. is involved in the field of masonry restoration and related services. Some of our other services include air barriers, above and below grade waterproofing, caulking and sealants, urethane injection for water incursion, epoxy and urethane flooring, cementitous underlayments, and ornamental stone molding & fabrication, concrete repair procedures by hand or machine-applied repair mortars, and epoxy injection and carbon wrap systems.
Lupini Construction Inc. has worked with numerous owners as well as architects and engineers in all aspects of a project, from the beginning - doing intense evaluations of the masonry structure to leak investigation and testing to resolve water infiltration problems, to the full scale drawings and reports which are accompanied by a cost proposal, to the actual performing of the work, Lupini Construction Inc. can provide the entire scope. Lupini Construction Inc. has a technical staff consisting of Tom Boise, Loren Lenaghen and Scott Lupini, who together bring to our customers many years of experience. Our staff can provide you with the solutions to your masonry and water infiltration problems.
Our projects have included those of federal, state, county, city, and municipal government agencies. Lupini Construction, Inc. also provides expertise to the churches and educational institutions which, in the past and present, have relied on Lupini Construction Inc. to repair their masonry facades and solve their water infiltration needs. Our projects are performed by skilled craftsmen who take pride in doing quality work. Lupini Construction Inc. has a strict safety and quality control program which has given us the reputation that we are very proud of.
