Lupini Construction Performs Major Restoration Project on Oswego City Hall

Lupini Construction is helping to restore Oswego New York’s City Hall. This project consists of some major repointing, extensive grout injection into wall cavities, and replacement of GFRC gutters along the base of the roof.
