These systems will protect and beautify the exterior of a building for many years. Below are before and after pictures of Kingsboro Towers in Gloversville, NY where we applied a wall coating system.

    Self-Leveling Floor Underlayments

    Lupini Construction Inc. has the equipment and the experience to install self-leveling floor underlayments. We can do all phases of the work from shot blasting for the prepatory work to installing the underlayment.

    Urethane Grout Injection

    With Urethane Grout Injection technology, we can stop leaks in a foundation wall without the inconvenience of excavation. Urethane grout can be injected without the expense or aggravation of disturbing landscaping and sidewalks. It is an excellent option for water filtration problems in occupied buildings. The process consists of injection the urethane grout along the outside of the existing foundation down to the footer, creating a monolithic barrier of membrane within soil.
