|ONEIDA COMMUNITY MANSION HOUSE - Practical Preservation: Masonry, Roofing and Windows - A Conference at the Mansion House - June 3rd, 2016|
Join experts in the field to learn practical skills in the restoration and conservation of historic structures. This one day conference will provide how to information on sympathetic repairs and treatment of masonry, roofing and windows for 19th and early 20th century buildings.
Professionals will address best practices for historic sites and homes. Presenters include Ted Bartlett (Crawford and Stearns, Architects and Preservation Planners); Jeffrey Durr (Jerome R. Durr Studio, Architectural Arts Glass); Scott Lupini (Lupini Construction, Inc.); James Trevett (AIA and Bell & Spina) and Jacqueline Roshia (Lorenzo State Historic Site). The luncheon keynote speaker is Professor Michael Tomlan, Director of the Graduate Program in Historic Preservation Planning (Cornell University).
The $100.00 tuition includes a light breakfast, lunch and a guided tour of the Mansion House following the conference.
