Lupini Construction Inc. is a family owned business that was started in 1980 and became incorporated in 1983. From humble beginnings performing small side jobs, Max and Betty Lupini, the founders, raised
their business into a reputable nationally recognized and respected contractor handling multi-million dollar projects.
Lupini Construction Inc. is involved in the field of masonry restoration and related services. Some of our other
services include cleaning, restoring or replacing masonry, below grade waterproofing, caulking and sealants, epoxy and urethane injection for concrete repair,
epoxy and urethane flooring, cementitous underlayments, and ornamental stone molding & fabrication.
We have performed work all over the Northeast of the United States and up and down the east coast, even in the Bahamas.
We are prepared and willing to travel long distances to do work. We have performed contracts ranging from just $500 up to multi-million dollar contracts.
Our sales and technical staff, consisting of Tom Boise, Loren Lenaghen, and Scott Lupini will provide you with possible solutions, include full-scale drawings, and estimates, all at no cost to you.
We have a list of structural engineers and architects that we work with on a daily basis that can address any of your structural problems.
Our jobs have included those of federal, state, county, city, and municipality government agencies, as well as those for private institutions and individuals. Our services
are performed by skilled journeyman who take pride in doing quality work.
