Lupini Construction is a certified applicator of several above and below grade waterproofing systems. We have been applying vertical and horizontal grade sealants for over 25 years and understand the ever-changing sealant market in regards to both products and application procedures.
Lupini Construction is a certified ABAA (Air Barrier Association of America) contractor and we are able to provide the air barrier system for your projects with the strict guidelines set forth by this organization. Lupini Construction holds contracting licenses in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Vermont and can perform work in these locations.
Lupini Construction is also a member of SWRI (Sealant Waterproofing Restoration Institute). This is a group of high-quality contractors who rely on each other for information in this ever-growing industry in regards to products, safety, and procedures.

Lupini Construction caulked and waterproofed the buildings at the state prisons in Cape Vincent, Ogdensburg, Massena, Moravia, Brockton and Naponock, New York. We have also caulked Shamokin, Alanwood, Albion, and Indiana prisons in Pennsylvania. The Cape Vincent facility is shown here.
